Honeybadger Bookkeeping LLC provides coaching, consulting, digital products, memberships, and (in some cases) physical products. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for each category.

Most of our offerings are delivered instantly or involve scheduled time with a coach. For this reason, all sales for services and digital products are final, including:
• 1:1 coaching sessions and packages
• Group coaching programs
• Courses (live or recorded)
• Workshops, challenges, and events
• Memberships and subscriptions (BK Happy Hour, communities, etc.)
• Digital downloads, templates, checklists, planners, and tools
We do not issue refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Failure to attend a session or complete a program
• Partial use of a package or subscription
• Access to digital content already delivered
If a specific program includes a satisfaction guarantee or refund window, those terms will be clearly listed on that program’s sales page and will override this section.

2. Memberships and Subscriptions
Membership fees renew automatically according to your billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time.
• Your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• We do not provide partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Damaged or Defective Products
